This last update pulled out all the stops and introduced a lot of new content to round out the definitive The Binding of Isaac experience for everyone. Put simply, The Binding of Isaac: Repentance is an easy recommendation and is a must-have if you've been a long-time fan of the series. Apart from that, this final update is a nice send-off to one of the best roguelike games ever. The only thing that you need to be aware of before picking this DLC up is that you will need the base game purchased and installed on your machine first for it to work. Anti-Gravity: Tears will snap to enemies after theyre released, but not while the tears are staying in place. The effect will not work if Isaac is too close to enemies. Tears snap 90 degrees to target enemies that they may have missed. Lastly, there are 5 new challenges to take on and over 100 achievements to unlock if you're the completionist type. Brain Worm is a trinket added in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance. Various rooms have received makeovers, as well, to round out the list of new things that this game brings. It also builds upon the already staggering amount of collectible loot in the base game and extends it to more than 700 items. Additionally, there will be over 100 enemies and more than 25 bosses to face this time. There are two new playable characters in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance. It introduces a whole new alternate path for the good boy to take, complete with new chapters and a different final boss and ending. Given that this will be the final update to the cult classic, it did not skimp out and handily delivers on new content. The Binding of Isaac: Repentance takes Isaac's roguelike adventures to new heights as he descends to face his greatest challenge yet.
